Terms

Terms of service

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms are between you and Huckleberry Co. LLC, an Indiana company, which runs CohortHouse. By using CohortHouse you agree to them.

Your group, your content

Your group owns what its members post. You give us permission to store, show and process it only to run CohortHouse for your group. Admins are responsible for who they invite.

Fair use

Don't post anything illegal, hateful or that you don't have the right to share, don't try to get into groups you weren't invited to, and don't use CohortHouse to send spam. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per year in advance and renew each year unless an admin cancels. If you aren't happy, email us within 30 days of a payment for a full refund. After your year ends without renewal, your group stays available read-only.

Porter

Porter gives answers generated by AI from your group's information. It can be wrong. Check anything important, like a time or a place, in the event itself.

Availability

We work to keep CohortHouse running and backed up, but we provide it as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what your group paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using CohortHouse and delete your group at any time. We can end service with 30 days' notice, and you'll be able to download your content first.

Law

These terms are governed by Indiana law.
