Who counts toward the people limit?
Everyone invited to the group, including admins and committee members.
Why do you charge per year?
Most groups run on a program year, a class year or a board term. One price per group per year means no seat math and no surprise bills in the middle.
What happens when our year ends?
Your group stays open as a read-only keepsake at no charge, and you can download your photos, files and RSVP lists any time. Renew to keep planning in it, or move up to Program to keep alumni groups fully active.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Program plans can pay by invoice or check. Group plans pay by card. Email hello@cohorthouse.com for an invoice.
What if it isn't right for us?
Email us within 30 days of paying and we refund you in full.

Is Porter on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan has everything except Porter. Upgrade any time and Porter already knows your group's calendar and files.
