Invited to a group?
Someone in your group set up CohortHouse so the dates, photos and files are all in one place. Here's how to get settled in two minutes.
How do I get in?
Open the invite email from your group and choose a password. That's it. If the link has expired, ask an admin in your group to send a new one, or use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
How do I put it on my phone?
iPhone: open your group in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app. Then turn on notifications in your profile.
Can I get the dates on my own calendar?
Yes. In Calendar, tap Subscribe and pick Apple, Google or Outlook. New events and changes show up on your calendar on their own.
Who can see my phone number and email?
Only members of your group. Porter never shares them, and CohortHouse never sells or shares them with anyone.
Do I have to leave GroupMe?
No. If your group connects GroupMe, messages flow both ways. Link your own GroupMe account in your profile so your messages show your name.
How do I choose which notifications I get?
Open your profile and pick email, phone or both for each kind of update.
How do I leave a group or delete my account?
Ask an admin to remove you, or email hello@cohorthouse.com and we'll delete your account and your profile within 30 days.
